I finally tried making Tom Brown pap for the first time, and honestly… it was not easy at all 😅
Someone asked me in my DM how I made it, that the video was too fast—so follow the pictures to see the full process step by step.
Now I have a question for you all:
Between Tom Brown and normal pap, which one do you think is healthier and better for children?
From what I’ve learned, Tom Brown is more nutritious because it’s made from a mix of grains, nuts, and sometimes soybeans—so it contains more protein, vitamins, and energy.
Normal pap is still good, especially for easy digestion, but Tom Brown gives more nutrients for growth.
