Our world today is full of economic imbalance, disparity in capital distribution, prejudice, marginalization and even death to millions as a result of poverty. Many well-meaning organizations, non-profits, and government institutions have tried to address this. However, it is important that a for-profit corporation takes the leadership role in this endeavour. Global capitalism is spreading wider and faster than any sense of check and balances for economic neglect and poverty. This check cannot clearly be done by non-profits and government institutions on whose shoulders this burden has been for centuries. This is because it would be likened to asking a civilian to save a wounded soldier on the battle field! Only true capitalists can introduce measurable compassion to capitalism. Dukwe has taken the role as the world’s first private sector response to the issue of global poverty and under development. We are the true capitalist that will lead the cause of global economic imbalance, marginalization, and neglect. Dukwe is positioned as the usher of compassion to capitalism, understanding that the only set of actions that will be considered benevolent under this philosophy and without altering its core ideals will be the committed attention to the equitable distribution of capital to the places and people who lack it around the world. It is pertinent to note that this undertaking will lead to job creation, increased innovation, better living standards, longer life spans, lower crime, less prejudice, and a drastic reduction of most of the evils that besiege our society at large. We believe that global development equity equals world peace. Dukwe’s approach to realizing the demands of this mission is seen in the 21 pillars of Dukwe, which are; power, housing, IT, telecom, roads, transportation, health care, justice, food, water, security, education, mortgages, insurance, emergency relief, credit, environment, financial planning, faith, debit, and credit. We are also aware of the fact that to achieve our aim we must take into cognizance the need for empowered charities and also instilling set of values in the minds of the inhabitants of these communities, as the real change we believe starts from the mind. Hence, the company as decided to include two (2) additional arms, which are; values and foundations, which makes up DUKWE 23. Through these pillars we will create programmes that will increase the flow of money to marginalized segments of the global population, free the minds of the downtrodden, and empower the disadvantaged segments of the global population, door to door, person to person, community to community, and at a financial profit to our firm.
