The government is easing lockdown measures but remember that government is not opening everywhere up because COVID 19 has been cleared
It is now up to us to protect ourselves

It is cheaper and safer to carefully ensure preventive measures are taken

- Avoid crowds: Remember many people can have COVID 19 without showing any sign of sickness at all

- Avoid close contact with others: maintain a social distance of about 5-6 feet from others

- The hospital may not be a safe place for you. Go to hospital ONLY if absolutely necessary.

- Protect yourself

- Wear your protective face mask when with people

- Wear your face mask correctly: cover nose and mouth.

- Do not hang your face mask under your chin. A face mask worn under your chin does not protect you

- Avoid touching your mask especially the external surface.

- Wash your cloth or reusable face mask regularly with soap and water after use

- Wash your hands often with soap and water.

- Clean surfaces around your home regularly. Soap and water can be used. Bleach in water is very effective too.

- Eat well balanced and healthy diets with lots of vegetables and fruits. This WILL NOT prevent or cure COVID but it will help your body be healthy enough to fight as much as possible
