The company was formed in January, 2011 to provide websites and web portals for individuals and corporate bodies with an initial Board of three (3) members. Web portal creation, development, upgrade. Networking solutions. Hardware configuration and management. Software configuration and management. Consultancy services. Phoenicorn Enterprises is a rapidly-expanding company poised to venture into so many other interests in a bid to spread our tentacles and provide much-needed services to the public. Phoenicorn Enterprises now powers InstaPH.com, an online shop that sells Port Harcourt products to Port Harcourt people with express delivery on all products. Insta PH online shop is designed to solve the need gap of most thriving online shops being based in Lagos, Nigeria and focusing mostly on people in Lagos. Our Story

The need of many in Port Harcourt to get access locally to top quality ICT solutions at an affordable rate birthed Phoenicorn Enterprises LLC. in 2012 from just being a concept to being registered under the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. For four (4) years after that, the Company has grown to delivering top quality ICT consultancy to businesses and religious organizations in Port Harcourt, and the Rivers State Government, with a few jobs outside its host city and State. This also includes working as a standalone yet standard ICT department for Organizations in Port Harcourt.

In 2016, the Company installed and commissioned a perimeter-wide CCTV system with recording and remote access for a client facility. This preceded the installation of Video Doorbells for this Client. This launched our venture into the Security sector of the economy. Since then, we have been engaged in installation, commissioning and maintenance of CCTVs, Video doorbells and DVRs (Digital Video Recorders).

In 2017, the Company launched into the energy sector by deploying and commissioning its first renewable energy project, a 7.5kVA Inverter with 10 batteries for a client's facility. This became another reference point of our expansion into other sectors of the economy.

Ready to delve into multiple economic sectors, the Company has now successfully programmed and deployed Hospital Management Systems and School Management Systems in 2018 and 2019.
