                                            I was taking a stroll one day and then, I came across few women nagging and complaining that they're tired of their state of living. Just when i heard that as human that i am, my ears stood. Deep down i wanted to know what state of living this was judging from the way the country is and going.... Only for me to hear one of them say "The trekking is driving her nuts" mind you, these are plus sized women.
 Damn!
I raised my eye brows quickly to take a glance at them. I felt relieved that it wasn't something grievous but, at the same time not happy about them not being informed.
Whether you're a plus sized lady or not (male) we need to burn some excessive calories piled up in the body to enable the body performance it's functions. Someone is asking how??
It's like someone overeating to a point where he/she could no longer stand, sit nor walk.....yet burdened with restlessness. That's how it goes too with leaving the body heavy/weighty because you're too lazy to take a stroll or do some minor workouts such...
✓Cycling
✓Dancing
✓Trekking
✓Swimming
✓Gym trainings etc
PS: Please, stop seeing agility activities nor other form of exercises as sufferings. That's what the body craves for a full metabolism and healthy living.
