FACTS ABOUT DRINKING WATER YOU SHOULD KNOW.
THE LIE ABOUT DRINKING WATER: WHY MANY PEOPLE ARE STILL SICK, DIZZY, WEAK, AND HAVING BLOOD PRESSURE SWINGS EVEN THOUGH THEY “DRINK WATER WELL”
People are told, “Drink water, drink water, drink water.”
Yes, water is life. But water without minerals can still leave the body dry, weak, tired, and stressed.
Many people are not dehydrated because they lack water.
Many people are dehydrated because the water has nothing to hold onto once it enters the body.
Imagine carrying a bucket with holes.
You can pour water into it from morning till night.
But if the holes remain open, the water will keep leaking out.
This is what happens in the body when electrolytes are low.
The “holes” are created by:
1. Low Potassium
2. Low magnesium
3. Low sodium balance
4. High stress
5. Poor sleep
6. Processed foods from the past
7. Alcohol
7. Sweating
8. Menstruation
9. Frequent urination
10. Past habits of sugar and carbonated drinks
When these are not corrected, water enters the body but does not stay.
It passes through like water passing through a basket.
This is why some people who “drink water well” still feel:
1. Weak
2. Light-headed
3. Dizzy
4. Heart palpitations
5. Head pressure
6. Chest tightness
7. Fast heartbeat
8. forgetful
9. Cramps
10. Dry lips
11. Dry skin
12. Constipation
13. Tired but cannot sleep Or they wake up tired
It is not water-dehydration.
It is mineral-dehydration.
Because real hydration is water + minerals.
Not water alone.

POTASSIUM: The Peacekeeper of the Heart and Nerves
Potassium is the mineral that protects the heart, relaxes the blood vessels, and helps the nerves stay calm.
When potassium is low:
1. Blood pressure rises
2. The heart beats too fast or too hard
3. Muscles feel weak
4. You feel tired even after resting
5. You experience palpitations
6. Your body holds more sodium, which raises pressure
NOTE: Potassium controls blood pressure more strongly than salt.
That is even if you stop adding salt to your food, your pressure may not drop if your potassium is low.
Most people eat far below the potassium needed daily because they do not eat enough fruits(in moderation), vegetables, or potassium-rich foods.
This is one hidden reason behind:
124/94
130/90
135/92
140/95
Blood pressure numbers that keep rising and falling without reason.
MAGNESIUM: The Relaxation Mineral
Magnesium is the mineral that tells the body, “Relax.”
It helps the:
1. Nerves
2. Muscles
3. Blood vessels
4. Heart beat
When magnesium is low, everything becomes tight:
1. Tight chest
2. Tight neck
3. Tight back
4. Tight heartbeat
5. Tight breathing
6. Tight blood vessels
You can sleep and still wake up tired because your nervous system did not rest.
Magnesium deficiency can cause:
1. High blood pressure
2. Palpitations
3. Anxiety
4. Headaches
5. Insomnia
6. Dizziness when bending or standing
7. Deep tiredness
8. Poor concentration
ALSO NOTE:
Potassium cannot enter your cells without magnesium.
So if magnesium is low, potassium becomes “useless” in the body.
This is why water alone cannot fix anything.
Salt alone cannot fix anything.
Only minerals working together can.
WATER WITHOUT MINERALS CREATES A FALSE SENSE OF HYDRATION
People drink water and think hydration has happened.
But hydration is not swallowing water.
Hydration is water entering the cells.
If minerals are low, water cannot enter the cells.
The cells become water-starved even though the person drinks water.
The person becomes:
*Water-rich outside
*Water-poor inside
This is why some people urinate too frequently.
Their cells cannot hold water.
The body is not saying, “Give me more water.”
The body is saying, “Give me minerals to hold water.”
Blood pressure is not only about:
1. Salt
2. Stress
3. Age
4. Weight
There is a deeper reason many people never hear:
Mineral starvation.
When potassium is low: pressure rises.
When magnesium is low : blood vessels refuse to relax.
When sodium balance is scattered, the heart works harder.
When electrolytes are low; the nervous system becomes confused.
The result?
Pressure rises like a stressed engine.
And people begin to panic.
NOTE: THE HEART IS AN ELECTRICAL ORGAN NOT JUST A PUMP
This is the part nobody explains well.
The heart runs on electricity.
And electricity needs:
1. Potassium
2. Magnesium
3. Sodium
4. Calcium (in controlled amounts)
When these are low, the heart becomes unstable:
1. Fluttering
2. Jumping
3. Skipping beats
4. Extra beats
5. Fast beats
6. Hard beats
This is why water alone will never fix palpitations. Only minerals can fix electrical problems.
IN SUMMARY:
Potassium brings calm.
Magnesium brings relaxation.
Potassium lowers pressure gently.
Magnesium softens the blood vessels.
Together, they stabilize:
1. The heart
2. The nervous system
3. The blood vessels
4. The adrenal glands
5. The kidneys
This is why foods like:
1. Avocado
2. Beans
3. Unripe plantain
4. Scent leaf
5. Vegetables
6. Coconut water
7. Groundnuts
8. Cashew
9. Oats
10. Carrot
11. Cucumber
Help the pressure drop naturally. Not because the water helped, but because the minerals balanced the heart.
YOU SHOULD KNO:
God built the body with order.
The heart has Patterns, like worship.
The cells have laws, like obedience.
The blood vessels respond to peace, like the soul.
When minerals are low, the body becomes disorganized.
The heart loses beat.
The nerves become troubled.
Sleep becomes scattered.
Pressure rises.
Many people are praying for healing
while the body is crying: “Give me what I need to function.”
Healing is spiritual. But healing is also wisdom.
Wisdom says:Do not flood the body with water when the body needs minerals.
Do not blame salt when the real problem is low potassium.
Do not fear the heart when the heart is simply hungry.
When knowledge enters, peace and healing follow.
