Let me ask you something honestly…

Do you eat late…
and then wonder why sleep feels off?

Or why you wake up tired?

It’s not random.

When your body is still working to digest food late at night…

It doesn’t fully switch into rest.

So you may:
– fall asleep… but not deeply
– wake during the night
– wake up feeling like you didn’t rest

Nothing dramatic.

Just a system that hasn’t settled.

Try this tonight:

👉 Eat a little earlier
👉 Notice how your body responds

Not perfectly.

Just intentionally.

I thought fixing my sleep would fix everything.

But my days still felt off.

Energy up… then down.
Focus comes… then disappears.

That’s when I understood:

It wasn’t just rest.

It was rhythm.

𝑾𝒆𝒍𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝑨𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒍!

March was about sleep.

And for many women…
something shifted.

Not dramatically.
But quietly.

Then something else became clear.

Even with better sleep…
the days still didn’t feel steady.

Energy came… then dropped.
Focus came… then disappeared.

That’s where rhythm begins.

And that’s what April is about.

You may have noticed this…

You’re tired.
You go to bed.
But your body doesn’t settle.

You wake up in the night.
Or wake up tired.

And you start wondering:
“Why is this happening?”

This is not just sleep.

This is your body adjusting.

And in this season,
it needs a different kind of support.

Not more effort.

Not trying harder.

But understanding what has changed…
and responding the right way.

You.

The one who lies down at night…
already tired.

But sleep doesn’t come as easily as it used to.

Or it comes…
but you wake up feeling like your body didn’t really rest.

“He grants sleep…”
— Psalm 127:2

You’ve tried going to bed earlier.
You’ve tried to rest more.

But something still feels… unsettled.

This is the part many women don’t expect.

At this stage, sleep is no longer just about closing your eyes.

Your body now needs the right conditions
to actually settle.

So it’s not that you’re doing something wrong.

It’s that your body is asking
for a different kind of support.

to help you understand what’s changing,
and where to start from.

Two things affect your sleep more than most people realise:

• what your body is still processing
• how alert your system still is

So even when you lie down…
sleep doesn’t come fully.

Here’s something simple you can try tonight.

The 𝟰–𝟳–𝟴 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 helps your body settle.

– Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds
– Hold for 7 seconds
– Exhale slowly through your mouth for 8 seconds

Do this for 4 cycles before bed.

Also try this:

👉 Eat earlier in the evening.

If your body is still digesting late,
it stays active when it should be resting.

If you’ve been:
– waking at night
– feeling tired after sleep
– low on energy during the day

Sleep often changes in midlife — sometimes quietly, sometimes suddenly.

Not because you did anything wrong,
but because 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱.

Sometimes the body is simply asking for 𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁.
