JOB POSITION: CONTRACTS AND PROCUREMENT MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION AND PROFILE

This position will provide leadership for the supply chain management department to support well construction and project management (WPCM) projects offshore.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Leadership of the entire supply chain management team (contracts, logistics and procurement)
• Development of supply chain management manual to ensure compliance and conformance to Company and Governing Authority regulations.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to guide the smooth running of the supply chain management department,

JOB POSITION: CONTRACTS AND PROCUREMENT SPERVISOR
JOB DESCRIPTION AND PROFILE

This position will provide contracts and procurement function to support well construction and project management (WCPM) activities offshore.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Plan, organize, manage and execute procurement and contract activities from initial strategy development to award and follow up the post award contract management phases for all contracts in portfolio.
• Achieve established short and long term smooth running of the contracts, mitigate potential claims, and manage variations.
• Source adequate vendors for all procurement needs
• Document (ITTs/Awards /POs/Contracts etc.) preparation, processing approval and administering.
• Laisse with internal customers (User Department) to support commencement of drilling and support ongoing drilling operations.
