Yesterday, I got questions from people asking me why I eat noodles once in 8 months...
Sometimes, I feel people should slow down and listen, than talking and writing unnecessary statements to score a point..
Here is WHY...
In every 3 months, I eat normal natural raw foods like yam, plantain, beans, rice and Eba..
Though these foods are cooked differently and their nutrients don't really change..
I have come to observe that my body gets tired of the same nutrients consistently for 3 months..
I start getting sick and I know it time to change my diet...
I look for something very different and decide to create a new food recipe..
First on my list is bread...
I bought smoke fish of 4k and a little bread.. eat the bread and fish, then drink water.
This is usually done in the afternoon, when I don't eat breakfast..
Another day, I am eating bread for dinner... Mostly when my wife comes back late from work.
We buy a little bread, 4 raw eggs, fresh tomatoes, pepper and onions..
Plenty tomatoes, pepper and onion... Fried at low heat with palm oil. No beverages, only water.
This way we have introduced new food nutrients and chemicals into our system and whatever sickness that is troubling any of us, will vanish without medications.
If this is done within 3 - 4 months... We go back our natural food source for another 3-4 months.
This time we look at Indomie and how to garnish it.. sometimes, spaghetti or any other.
Indomie, carrot, some cucumber, smoked fish, some cabbage and 2 boiled eggs, all by the side.
Sometimes, we use chicken or meat or beef liver only... It's depends on what our body needs at that moment.
With this heavy food nutrients, it's just the smallest pack of Indomie that is prepared for each of us.. we don't eat like prison escapees.
Eating these 3 processed foods are expensive...
Imagine a single meal plate costing about 5k for dinner only...
5k will certainly buy 1 paint of garri and prepare small soup that we can eat 2 or 3 times...
But the goal is to have a change of food nutrients... Both from processed and natural raw foods.
Here is the problem with people eating bread and Indomie...
1. A loaf of bread with 1 satchet of milk and milo.. a bucket of tea with hug loaf of bread
2. 4 Indomie with 4 raw eggs... Fry the eggs dry, without any tomato, pepper and onions.. use Indomie spices instead of fresh spices.
3. Eating these foods for breakfast and frying with seed oils.
4. Eating these foods consistently without caution and food creative.
There is always a time your body will crave for processed foods... Body organs and cells get tired of natural food nutrients at some point.
When you learn how to balance process foods with natural foods, your body will not repel itself.
