My name is Tigho Jesuorobo, a Nigerian based in Australia. I’m a former banker with over 16 years of experience, a wife, a mother, and currently transitioning into the field of Business Analysis.

I began my journey as a Self-Love Coach in August 2024, after a moment of prayer where I asked God for the next step in my life. This path opened because I understand deeply what it feels like to lose yourself in relationships and friendships — mistaking unhealthy connections for genuine ones, hoping people would change.

I’ve lived through people-pleasing, over-sacrificing, and silencing my own needs just to be loved. I know the weight of self-abandonment… and I also know the freedom that comes when you finally return to yourself.
Because everything we are searching for on the outside truly begins within.

These experiences fuel my passion for this work. I believe that when we nurture the most important relationship — the one with ourselves — we can create healthier, more genuine connections that make our world better, kinder, and more whole.

Join me and let's walk this journey of rebuilding a healthy relationship with SELF and together we become stronger, healthier and whole 💪

Nigeria, We Hold On to Hope

In the past week, Nigeria has been rocked by terrifying headlines — over 300 students and teachers were taken from a Catholic school in Niger State, 24 young girls were abducted in Kebbi with a school leader killed, schools shut down in Kwara after a brutal church attack, and deadly clashes continue in the North-East. These aren’t just stories — they are raw heartbreak: families torn apart, dreams interrupted, and children forced to live in fear.

When I go to work, people who know I’m Nigerian tell me how scared they are for me — and for the families we left behind. What I hear every day is this one question: When will we hear good news from Nigeria — news that lifts how the world sees us and honors our worth?

What’s happening now reveals a painful truth: our security system is chronically reactive. We wait for tragedy before we respond. Schools and places of worship , the very places we trust to nurture our children’s minds and spirits are unprotected and the most targeted.

Intelligence gathering is weak, communities feel shut out of the decision-making process, and far too many young people see no future but violence. The government — from the federal level to the local is failing in its mandate to safeguard its people.

Even with this deep wound, we cannot allow fear to silence our voices or steal our faith. We must pray — and act — for the day when our schools, our churches, and our neighborhoods feel safe again. We must demand leaders who do more than promise: leaders who deliver protection for the vulnerable, systems that prevent crime, and meaningful opportunities so that our youth feel belonging, not despair.

Yes, this moment is unbearably heavy. Yes, many are hurting. But our hope does not end here. Every alert mother, every brave father, every neighbor who speaks up — you matter. Your faith matters. Your courage matters. Nigeria is deeply wounded — but she is not defeated. We have endured before, and by God’s grace, we will rise again.

I pray that Nigeria’s pain does not consume us, and that God’s hand of protection will be our shield and buckler, in Jesus’ name.

Heal our land,Lord and have mercy on your children 🙏

THE QUESTIONS WE AVOID… ARE USUALLY THE ONES THAT SET US FREE

Here Are 15 Questions That Reveal Exactly Where Your Boundaries Need to Be. Even If You Think You’re Fine

I truly hope this reaches the right heart today.
And may God grant us the wisdom to know when and how to set boundaries because ignoring the signs doesn’t protect us… it only makes the ending messier.

Take a moment.
Breathe.
Then ask yourself these questions honestly:

1. Am I tired because of life… or tired because of this person?

If one person drains you more than your entire day, that’s a boundary calling your name.

2. Do I feel anxious, heavy, or irritated when their name pops up?

Your nervous system whispers the truth before your mouth does.

3. Am I saying “yes” when everything in me wants to say “no”?

When your words and your feelings don’t match — a boundary is missing.

4. Do I feel guilty for resting, taking time for myself, or replying late?

Guilt for being human is a sign something is off.

5. Do I feel responsible for their emotions, reactions, or happiness?

If you’re carrying what isn’t yours, your emotional wall has collapsed.

6. Is this relationship one-sided? Do I give more than I receive?

If you’re always the giver, fixer, healer, or listener — pay attention.

7. Do I feel “too much” or “selfish” when I express my needs?

If someone taught you to shrink, boundaries are overdue.

8. Am I lowering my standards to keep peace or keep someone close?

Peace that costs your dignity is not peace — it’s surrender.

9. Do I feel resentful, used, or invisible?

Resentment is your internal alarm system yelling for boundaries.

10. Do I keep forgiving the same behavior — with no change?

Grace without accountability eventually becomes self-betrayal.

11. Do I feel empty or drained after talking to them?

If every interaction empties you, you’re overextending.

12. Am I losing sleep or overthinking because of this person?

Your body tells the truth long before your mind accepts it.

13. Do I feel like I’m walking on eggshells?

Fear in relationships doesn’t mean love is present — it means boundaries are absent.

14. Am I constantly explaining, justifying, or defending myself?

Over-explaining is a trauma response to poor boundaries.

15. Am I losing myself while trying to keep someone else?

If you are disappearing, boundaries are not optional — they’re survival.

If even one of these questions touched you… that’s your sign.

Your heart is asking for clarity.
Your soul is asking for space.
Your peace is asking for protection.

And you don’t have to navigate that journey alone.

If you need support and guidance that honors your path of rediscovering yourself and learning to love yourself deeply, you are always welcome in our community — because everything you seek on the other side truly begins within you.

Much ❤️
