Hypertension is a silent killer that destroy the internal organs without any observable signs.

Majority of cases of heart failure, and stroke are caused by high blood pressure (hypertension)

Different things can cause hypertension include transmission from parents to their children that mean children of hypertensive parents are likely to be hypertensive.

Hypertension is real and it kills without giving any sign of being sick that's why someone you see looking healthy in the morning can just collapsed in the afternoon and die.

Though, it's life threatening but with appropriate managemet/medications, you can live a normal life if detected early.

Please, get your blood pressure checked tomorrow, it costs you nothing to do so....

This is light blood flow that many mistaken for menstrual flow.

When a woman is pregnant at early stage, the baby (embryo) tends to get attached (implant) in the uterus (in the endometrium layer of the uterus). As it it's penetrating this layer, it create a minor wound that's manifested as light blood flow which some people mistake for their menstrual flow.

How to differentiate it from normal menstruation
