Masana kiwon lafiyar ƙoda sun bayar da shawarar shan tsabtataccen ruwa aƙalla lita 2 zuwa 3 a kowace rana. Wato lita 2 zuwa 3 shi ne mafi ƙarancin ruwan da mutum ya kamata ya sha a rana. Saboda haka, shan ruwa fiye da lita 2 zuwa 3 ƙarin alfanu ne ga lafiyar ƙoda musamman a lokacin zafi.

Shan isasshen ruwa na taimaka wa aikin ƙoda wajen wanke ko tace jini da ruwan jiki daga guba da sauran muggan sinadarai da jiki ke samarwa domin fitar da su zuwa cikin fitsari.

Bugu da ƙari, yawan fitar gumi na nuni da yawan ruwan da ke fita daga jiki. Kuma yawan gumin da ya fita na nuni da ƙarancin fistarin da za a samu.

Matakai Bakwai Domin Rage Haɗarin Kamuwa Da Kansar Mama — World Health Organization (WHO)

Hukumar Lafiya ta Duniya, wato WHO a taƙaice, ta ce mata miliyan 2.3 ne s**a kamu da kansar mama a shekara ta 2020 kawai, inda cutar ta hallaka mata 685,000 a duniya. Kuma zuwa ƙarshen 2020, akwai mata miliyan 7.8 da aka gano suna rayuwa da cutar cikin shekaru biyar da s**a gabata, wanda hakan ya sanya kansar mama cutar kansa mafi yawa a duniya.

Kansar mama ba ƙwayoyin cuta ne ke haddasa ta ba kuma ba cuta ce mai yaɗuwa ba. Kansar mama na faruwa ne sakamakon rikiɗewar ƙwayoyin halittar mama.

Duk da cewa kansar mama ba ta yaɗuwa daga wani zuwa wani, amma tana iya bazuwa zuwa sassan jiki. Kuma mata na mutuwa ne daga cutar sakamakon fantsamar ta zuwa sassan jiki.

Kusan rabin kansar mama na faruwa ne ga mata ba tare da wani haɗarin kamuwa ba face kasancewa jinsin mace da kuma shekaru sama da 40.

Sai dai, haɗarin kamuwa da kansar mama na ƙaruwa da abubuwa kamar haka:

1. Shekaru fiye da 40.

2. Ƙiba / teɓa.

3. Sha ko amfani da barasa da dangoginta.

4. Gado: matan da iyayensu ke da kansar mama na da ƙarin haɗarin samun cutar.

5. Shan taba sigari ko amfani da taba domin sinadari.

6. Shan hasken radiyeshin, kamar 'x-ray'.

7. Amfani da magunguna domin dawo da sinadaran haihuwa bayan mace ta kai shekarun daina haihuwa.

Matakai da hanyoyin da za su taimaka wajen rage haɗarin kamuwa daga kansar mama sun haɗa da:

1. Shayarwa: Haɗarin kamuwa daga kansar mama na raguwa da tsawon lokacin da mace ta shayar.

2. Motsa jiki ko atisaye akai-akai.

3. Daƙile ƙiba / teɓa.

4. Ƙaurace wa shan taba, shaƙar hayaƙin taba da dangoginta.

5. Ƙaurace wa barasa / giya da dangoginta.

6. Ƙaurace wa magunguna jinsin 'hormone'. [Ana amfani da magunguna jinsin 'hormone' domin ɗaƙile ko yi wa sinadarai masu sarrafa jiki ƙaimi kamar sinadaran haihuwa, sinadaran ginin ƙashi da sauransu]

7. Ƙaurace wa radiyeshin kamar hasken 'x-ray' da sauran jinsinsa.

Sai dai, ko da za a iya kiyaye waɗannan hanyoyi duka, haɗarin kamuwa da kansar mama zai ragu da kaso 30 cikin 100 ne kawai. Saboda kasancewa jinsin mace shi ne haɗarin kamuwa mafi tasiri. Jinsin maza na da haɗarin kamuwa mafi ƙarancin, kaso 0.5 – 1 cikin 100 kawai.

Alamomin kansar mama sun haɗa da:

1. Fitowar ƙari a mama.

2. Sauyawar girma, sifa ko kamannin mama.

3. Bayyanar lotsawa ko kwarmi a mama.

4. Sauyawar launin fatar mama.

5. Sauyawar sifar kan mama ko kuma launin fatar kewayensa.

6. Fitar baƙon ruwa daga kan mama.

Bugu da ƙari, ba kowane ƙarin mama ne ke zama kansar mama ba. Saboda kaso 90 cikin 100 na ire-iren ƙarin mama sanadiyar wasu cutuka ne saɓanin kansar mama.
