Me ya sa yarona ya kasa riƙe wuya, zama da tsaiwa a watannin da ya kamata?

Daga cikin larurorin da ke shafar jarirai ko yara yayin da suke cimma matakan girmansu akwai larurar 'shanyewar ƙwaƙwalwa' ko kuma 'dakushewar ƙwaƙwalwa' da a ke cewa "Cerebral Palsy" a turancin likita, wannan larura ce da kimanin mutum miliyan 17 ke fama da ita a faɗin duniya. Kuma ita ce larura mafi nakasa yara yayin girmansu. Wannan matsala ce da ta fi shafar motsin gangan jiki, magana/furuci, gani, da sauransu sakamakon 'shanyewar ƙwaƙwalwa'.

Yawancin yaran da matakan girmansu ke tafiyar hawainiya suna fama da 'shanyewar ƙwaƙwalwa' ne saboda lahanin da ke samun ƙwaƙwalwarsu kafin ta gama girma kamar:

1. Yayin rainon ciki: misali,

i - jirkicewar jigidar halitta, wato 'genetic mutation' a turance.

ii - haihuwar bakwaini, da sauransu.

2. Yayin haihuwa: misali,

i - doguwar naƙuda,

ii - shaƙewar jijiyar jini ta cibiya yayin naƙuda,

ii - zazzaɓin cizon sauro mai ratsa ƙwaƙwalwa, wato 'cerebral malaria' a turance kenan.

Alamomin 'shanyewar ƙwaƙwalwa' sun haɗa da:

1. Kasa iya motsa sassan jiki; saboda waɗansu yaran jikinsu na da rauni, waɗansu kuma jikinsu ko gaɓɓansu kan rirriƙe ne.
