ILLOLIN SHAN ASKIRIM GA LAFIYA (The Dangers of Ice Cream Consumption to Health)
Askirim na ɗaya daga cikin kayan zaki da mutane da dama ke so, musamman a lokacin zafi. Duk da daɗin da askirim ke da shi, shan shi da yawa ko kuma yawan amfani da shi na iya haifar da mummunar illa ga lafiyar jiki.
Babban Abubuwan da ke Sa Askirim Ya Zama Mai Haɗari
Askirim mai yawa yana ɗauke da abubuwa guda uku da ke da illa ga lafiya idan aka sha su da yawa: s**ari, kitse mai kauri (saturated fat), da kuma yawan adadin kalori (calories).
1. Yawan Sukari (High Sugar Content)
Askirim na ɗauke da babban adadin s**ari. Sukari mai yawa a cikin abinci na haifar da waɗannan illoli:
• Kiba da Kauri: Yawan s**ari na juyawa zuwa kitse a cikin jiki, wanda ke sa a ƙara kiba da kuma haifar da cutar kiba (obesity).
• Haɗarin Ciwon Suga (Diabetes): Yawan s**ari na sa jiki ya kasa sarrafa insulin yadda ya kamata, wanda ke ƙara haɗarin kamuwa da ciwon suga na Type 2.
• Matsalolin Zuciya: Yawan s**ari na iya shafar lafiyar zuciya da jijiyoyin jini.
2. Kitse Mai Kauri (Saturated Fat)
Yawancin askirim, musamman waɗanda ke da ƙyalli, ana yin su da kitse mai yawa, galibi kitse mai kauri da ake samu daga madara.
• Tarin Kitse a Jijiyoyin Jini: Kitse mai kauri na ƙara adadin cholesterol mara kyau (LDL) a cikin jini, wanda zai iya haifar da tarin kitse a jijiyoyin jini (atherosclerosis) da kuma ƙara haɗarin bugun zuciya ko shanyewar jiki.
3. Yawan Kalori (High Calories)
Askirim mai daɗi da kitse na ɗauke da kalori mai yawa a cikin ɗan ƙaramin cokali.
• Ƙara Nauyin Jiki: Cin abinci mai yawan kalori fiye da yadda jiki ke buƙata a rana na haifar da tarin kalori, wanda kai tsaye ke ƙara nauyin jiki.
4. Abubuwan Haɗi da aka Sarrafa (Processed Ingredients)
Wasu askirim musamman waɗanda aka sarrafa su sosai, na iya ƙunsar:
• Abubuwan Launi da Ƙamshi na Rogo: Waɗannan abubuwan na iya haifar da rashin lafiya ko rashin jituwa (allergies) ga wasu mutane, musamman yara.
• Abubuwan da ke Riƙe Ruwa (Emulsifiers da Stabilizers): Yawan waɗannan abubuwan na iya shafar lafiyar hanji da kuma gurbata ƙwayoyin cuta masu kyau a cikin hanji.
5. Matsalolin Narkar da Abinci (Digestive Issues)
Ga mutane da dama, musamman waɗanda ke da ƙarancin lactose (lactose intolerance), shan askirim na iya haifar da:
• Ciwon ciki, kumburin ciki, da zawo (diarrhea) saboda jikinsu bai iya narkar da lactose, wanda ke cikin madara ba.
Shawara ga Lafiya
Mafi mahimmancin shawarar lafiya shine sha a hankali (moderation).
• Saitawa: Yakamata a mai da askirim a matsayin abincin jin daɗi da ake sha ba kowane lokaci ba, ba abinci na yau da kullum ba.
• Zaɓi Mai Kyau: Idan za a sha askirim, sai a nemi wanda ba shi da kitse da s**ari mai yawa (misali, sorbet ko askirim ɗin yogurt mara s**ari).
