*No. 1 SOLUTION TO KIDNEY DISEASE*

The kidneys are two reddish-brown bean-shaped organs found in vertebrates. They are located on the left and right in the retroperitoneal space, and in adult humans are about 12 centimetres (4+1⁄2 inches) in length.

They receive blood from the paired renal arteries; blood exits into the paired renal veins. Each kidney is attached to a ureter, a tube that carries excreted urine to the bladder.

The kidney participates in the control of the volume of various body fluids, fluid osmolality, acid–base balance, various electrolyte concentrations, and removal of toxins. Filtration occurs in the glomerulus: one-fifth of the blood volume that enters the kidneys is filtered.

If the Kidney fails, you fail,

Kidney failure occurs when your kidneys lose the ability to sufficiently filter waste from your blood. Many factors can interfere with your kidney health and function, such as:

toxic exposure to environmental pollutants or certain medications
certain acute and chronic diseases
severe dehydration
kidney trauma
Your body becomes overloaded with toxins if your kidneys can’t do their regular job. This can lead to kidney failure, which can be life-threatening if left untreated.

Fortunately, there is a solution to Kidney Issue,DM for d solution

Here’s what we need👇

1️⃣ Breaks: Mothers should have at least 2 hours a day to breastfeed or pump.

2️⃣ Spaces: Comfortable and properly equipped rooms to breastfeed make a world of difference.

3️⃣ Amenities: Safe storage for breastmilk at work is a must.

4️⃣ Flexibility: Work-from-home options, where possible, can greatly reduce the stress of juggling work and breastfeeding.

Therapeutic diets are prepared to optimize the nutritional requirements of an individual in order to treat a range of ailments or to improve one’s ability to eat. A diet prescribed by a physician is a part of the treatment plan for a clinical condition or a disease to eliminate, increase, or decrease specific nutritional needs in the diet and minimize the risk of injuries.

Dieticians recommend therapeutic diets either to improve the patient’s overall health or to maintain a healthful lifestyle. For example, many patients undergoing dialysis are on diets that are therapeutic to their cure so that they observe maximum improvement in condition from the dialysis.

Purpose of Therapeutic Diet:

The following are the main purposes of therapeutic diet-

To maintain good nutrition
To rectify any deficiencies that may have occurred
To boost the metabolism
To help you maintain a healthy weight
Therapeutic diets can prove beneficial to certain conditions such as-

Cardiovascular disorders - Coronary artery disease, stroke, and heart attacks
Hypertension or high blood pressure
Diabetes
Gastrointestinal disorders – Crohn’s disease, celiac disease, and ulcerative colitis
Allergy from certain types of food can also be managed by restricted dietary management
Along with dietary management, injury and safety concerns are also a major factor. The capability of swallowing food may affect the choice of diet consistency that needs to be followed. Dieticians recommend particular therapeutic diets for patients who have difficulty swallowing. They should be served foods that are chopped, thickened liquids, or pureed, to reduce the risk of choking.

Types of Therapeutic Diet:

A therapeutic diet, also known as a clinical diet, refers to a special diet plan that manages the intake of certain nutrients or foods. It is usually an alteration of one’s regular diet. Some common clinical diet examples include-

"HEALTH AND STROKE"

You may have heard the commonplace that "a stroke is an extremely serious sickness that affects many people at their later years (older age)."
Many people now in the society have strokes and without realizing it because of preventable factors associated with their daily routines.

This write up is supposed to serve as an advice, drawing attention to the fact that certain diets, from which many people would have difficulty imagining ever abstaining, have been linked to stroke and related disorders.
This is especially useful for people who place a high value on their own life and want to reduce the likelihood of suffering a stroke.

Stroke happens when brain tissue is deprived of oxygen and nutrients due to a disruption in blood flow. If oxygen and nutrients aren't delivered to a certain area of the brain, the cells there will die. Within minutes, brain cell loss can start to occur.

Strokes are serious medical issue that must be treated quickly. Without prompt medical attention, brain injuries and their sequelae are very certain to occur.
There are five signs that could indicate an impending stroke.
Sudden, isolated onsets of tiredness or numbness.
In a single moment, the words lose their clarity and become meaningless jumbles.

Loss of sight in one or both eyes occurs suddenly. You may experience problems with either or both of your eyes.
Dizziness, difficulty walking, and inability to maintain balance are just few of the symptoms that could soon become significant.

Below are some common causes of stroke and the recommended management.

☆Avoid binge drinking of alcohol at all costs.

☆Heavy drinking can damage the liver to the point where it can't produce enough blood clotting molecules. When blood leaks into the skull, it increases the risk of stroke.

Stroke risk is significantly increased in heavy drinkers, especially alcoholics.

New research explains that, having only one alcoholic drink every day raise
