Try to google and get the GLYCEMIC INDEX of some fruits and some food..
And also Google EATING RIGHT .
Run away from fruit juice, 5 are alive, chivi kiniko, etc but yougot is good.
First of all what is your Blood type and genotype
Eat pear, cucumber, garden eggs plant, Udara, (cherries') etc thier Glycemic index is low, I will send u some fruits with low glycemic index and some food, but just stay away from pineapple, orange, Suger, water Melon, bread made with white floor, biscuits not even crackers etc. oat is ok to an extent.
Use some things like turmeric, cloves not much, parsley, ginger, garlic, baoba, tamarine etc
Make sure u take avocado pear leaves at tea or quaver leaves bcos it helps with pains..
Do not do Bitter leaves water it brings down and raises it the other day , but saint leaves is ok.
Please sta away from GMO's products and plants Must avoid GMO and MSG e.g Maggi,Chemical Salt, all thise dangling spices in the market turn away, from them but get tumeric, thyme and ensure good wsyter at this time. Activate all your drinking water and veggies.
Good a thing that you have stoped soft drinks also run away from alcoholic drinks ..
Please check your drinking water if it at least clean and not filled with toxics (umunne na umunna) bcos if your water is not clean u will just be recircling the free radicals( toxics) into the body. At least a pH level.. of about 6.0, 7.0. Alkaline even though not every day.. but try.mindbubu cant know good qater with your eyes. Get water tester. Maybe a pH tester
Just make sure that after eating u take a walk, don't eat and sleep, give 2-3 hours b4 u go to bed,
Every average human being needs 10,000 steps in a day. And don't do things like shawarma and others . Bcos u need about 15,000 steps to burn it out of your system other wise Cary over and over.
Dont sit down for more than 45mins to 1hour. U must take a walk for about 5mins and sit again, don't just stand in 1 place for a long time..
For the wast pain done be sitting on your bed where u cannot rest your back, always make sure u sit on a place u can rest ur back well.
Check your (BMI) Body Mass Index and make sure you are not OBSESSED, if u are more that 25 add UBANISM to the Rocenta ..
Make sure u don't eat cooked food before 12noon every morning and don't eat late night at least from 6,7pm depending on the time u sleep.
Don't keep late night have value for your sleep.
Don't combine fruit and cooked food together , e.g grandaunt and banana, infact banana have a very high glycemic index not good for diabetic but good for high blood pressure, and if u are blood type O or genotype AA don't dwell much on plantain saying black plantains, it will not help u, stay away from some nuts family but cashews nut and W. Nut is good and the GL. Index is not high
Go for Ofada Rice, or when u want to eat the other rice get mango leaves and add to it to cook it after everything put the mango leaves away and eat the rice. It helps to reduce the starchy content, Don't do basmatic it is not the Best, then u can add vegetable..
Eat beans, showashop , carrots, ..
