Y’ello All,

*Just a quick update: *

1. On NIN Validation Issue: * A bulk refresh for impacted lines has been completed, so customers can now resubmit their NINs via all channels. They can use self-service channels (*996 # or the MTN NIN Linking Portal) or visit any of our shops.

2. NIN Linking OTP Restriction: * All barred lines come early morning (5 a.m.) can now receive OTPs for NIN Linking. This means: -
- That all SRAs who have access to perform re-registration can re-register and link lines for customers.
-There will be no need to perform SIM swaps on customer lines just to link their NINs.

Next Steps: * Let us notify all our agents/CCRs to be ready to link customers without delays to avoid further agitation.
