What is HIV/AIDS?
HIV attacks the immune system. If untreated, it can progress to AIDS, where the body becomes too weak to fight infections.

How HIV Spreads:

Unprotected s*x

Sharing needles

Mother-to-child (pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding)

Does NOT Spread By:
Hugging, sharing utensils, or mosquito bites.

1. Acute Infection: Flu-like symptoms, very infectious

2. Latency: Few symptoms, virus still active

3. AIDS: Very weak immunity, serious infections
