Honey Crystalization, A Natural Phenomenon

It is a natural phenomenon that occurs in pure natural honey.

Honey is composed of Glucose, Fructose, Vitamins and Minerals, to mention a few.

In a situation where raw honey contains more Glucose than Fructose, it tends to crystallize with time.

While, when Honey has more Fructose than Glucose, it will not crystallize.

Simply, Honey crystallization is a sign that, the said honey has more Glucose than Frutose.

📌Here's how you can differentiate from crystallized honey and honey containing granulated sugar (fake honey):

When a honey crystallizes, it looks like crystals (glitters).

For example, take a spoon of crystalized honey, don't try to melt it, you'll notice that it dissolves on its own without your support and will chill inside your mouth.

Just like pure Glucose, it dissolves by itself, and it will chill on your tongue.

Granulated sugar will never dissolve by itself, and it will not be chill.
