MONDAY MORNING MOMENTUM (MMM) WITH PASTORKIKS

YOU'RE NOT ALONE: THAT CHALLENGE IS COMMON

Are you facing a seemingly insurmountable challenge, feeling like you're the only one struggling? Remember, your problem is not peculiar to you; it's a common experience shared by humanity. The Bible reminds us in 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind."
No test or temptation that comes your way is beyond the course of what others have had to face. All you need to remember is that God will never let you down; he'll never let you be pushed past your limit; he'll always be there to help you come through it. (MSB)

Acknowledge that your struggles are not unique, and many have overcome similar obstacles. This realization can bring comfort and hope. Never treat any challenge as a peculiar problem to you.

To overcome , note these:

1. God is familiar with your struggles: He knows your pain and is not surprised by your situation (Psalm 103:14).

2. God will make a way out: Just as He has done for others, He will provide a path through your difficulties (1 Corinthians 10:13).

3. Strength comes from shared struggles: Draw encouragement from those who have overcome similar challenges both from scriptures and in our present world.

4. Faith can move mountains: Trust in God's power to work miracles in your life (Matthew 17:20).

Remember, you're not alone in your struggles. Find comfort in the testimonies of others, and trust that God will guide you through, making a way out of your challenges.

Keep faith, have the mindset of an overcomer,stay strong, and know that a brighter tomorrow is ahead.

THE POWER OF VISION FOR LEADERS

Vision is the ability to see and articulate a desired future state. It is a powerful tool for leaders, as it provides a clear direction for their organization and motivates others to follow.

There are many benefits to having a clear vision. First, it helps leaders to make better decisions. When leaders know where they are headed, they can make choices that are aligned with their goals. Second, vision inspires others to action. When people understand the vision and believe in it, they are more likely to be motivated and engaged in their work. Third, vision creates a sense of unity and purpose. When everyone in an organization is working towards a common goal, it creates a sense of camaraderie and shared purpose.

Leaders who lack vision are often ineffective. They may make decisions that are not in the best interests of their organization, and they may fail to inspire others to follow them. As a result, their organizations may suffer from low morale, high turnover, and poor performance.

In contrast, leaders with a clear vision are more likely to be successful. They are able to make better decisions, inspire others to follow them, and create a sense of unity and purpose within their organizations.

Here are some tips for developing a clear vision:

• Start by understanding your values. What is important to you? What do you want to achieve? Once you understand your values, you can start to develop a vision that is aligned with them.

MONDAY MORNING MOMENTUM 💐

MAINTAIN A WORK LIFE BALANCE.

Physical exercise has some value, but spiritual exercise is much more important, for it promises a reward in both this life and the next. 1 Timothy 4:8(NLT)

Workouts in the gymnasium are useful, but a disciplined life in God is far more so, making you fit both today and forever. (MSB)

For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come. (NKJV)

One thing that stood out during the South South School Leaders and Administrators Retreat was that all aspects of participants' well being were consciously catered for- physical, spiritual, mental and social.

Our Gym sessions were very exciting, breakfast and lunch were delicious, the prayer sessions were impactful and the training sessions were mentally enriching.

School Affairs Consult, the Convener and her team did a great job.

Don't neglect any aspect of your well being, consciously develop a work life balance so you can be effective at work.

Invest in your physical, spiritual, mental and social wellness.

Only s strong body can work.

MONDAY MORNING MOMENTUM Genesis 11.6 And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. (KJV) There is so much power in your mind and your imagination. When you imagine what you want to do in your mind and you can picture it , it goes into your subconscious mind and when you set out to do it, it becomes a work over, an achieveable task. What are your dreams / goals for this week, first quarter and year? Have you pictured them in your mind? Can you just take a moment and imagine the reality of those dreams/ goals? Afterwards, step out to do the needful. Take action. Take bold steps. Nothing will be restrained from you or impossible for you to achieve if you can see it. What you see is what you seize. I am gradually achieving my goals for the first quarter and for this year. Over the weekend, I rolled my action plans to achieve my goal for the season( Women's Day and Mother's Day events). They were all so easily achieveable and done ! The happy and fulfilled Mr at the GYM this morning still on action plans to achieve my goal...lost hundreds of calories in 30mins on the treadmill . ✌️👍😎🕺💃 Step out this week with the energy to achieve your goals.
