⚡ Migraine
Where: One side of the head, behind the eye, or temple
Feels Like: Throbbing, intense pain
Other Signs: Nausea, light/sound sensitivity
💓 Hypertension Headache
Where: Back of the head
Feels Like: Dull, pulsing pain
Note: Often worse in the morning; linked to high blood pressure
😣 Stress (Tension) Headache
Where: Forehead, temples, or a band around the head
Feels Like: Constant pressure or tightness
Also Called: “Tight band” headache
