Today, we stand with millions across the globe to mark World Menstrual Hygiene Day — a powerful reminder that menstruation is a natural part of life, yet still surrounded by stigma, misinformation, and inequality.

This year’s theme, “Together for a ”, challenges all of us governments, organizations, communities, and individuals to build an inclusive world where menstruation is not a barrier to dignity, education, or opportunity.

At Golden Minds Development Community, we believe:
🔹 Menstrual health is a human right, not a privilege.
🔹 No girl should miss school because of her period.
🔹 Access to menstrual hygiene products, education, and support must be universal and stigma-free.

We are committed to ongoing advocacy, education, and grassroots support for menstrual hygiene in rural and underserved communities. Because empowering girls and women with knowledge and resources transforms not only their lives but entire communities.

A week ago, something special happened. We took a moment to breathe, laugh, and connect outside our usual workspaces. Our Golden Minds Development Community picnic brought together volunteers and admin leads—not just as a team, but as a family.

There was food, fun, deep conversations, and shared reflections under the open sky. We played, we laughed, and we reminded ourselves of the why behind what we do.

Every single person who showed up brought their light, and together, we created a space filled with warmth, energy, and beautiful memories.

Today, February 13th, we join the world in marking International Condom Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness about safe s*x, reproductive health, and the power of protection. Condoms remain one of the most effective ways to prevent s*xually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV, and unintended pregnancies.

As we advocate for access to s*xual health education and resources , we must also stay informed about evolving policies that impact healthcare, rights, and accessibility to protection methods. Safe s*x is a responsibility, not just a choice!
