I AM VERY HAPPY TODAY

I woke up today with joy in my heart and a smile on my face. Samzuga GPT, the first independent cryptocurrency bank in the world powered by artificial intelligence has been working perfectly for a very long time unlike my former platforms. Kudos to God in heaven, Technical Team, Leaders and the remaining members of the Samzuga ecosystem who stood by me during my trying time.

When I discovered that I had some dubious technical team members, some unfaithful leaders and some greedy members in the Samzuga ecosystem, I decided to shut down all our platforms. It is better to switch off an engine yourself to check and correct what is wrong, than allowing the engine to off itself.

This action triggered mixed reactions but I really wanted to have control of the system that I created to avoid shifting blame to others. I thank God that I did what I did.

With the help of God, a trustworthy Tech Team, faithful Leaders and sincere members. The old Samzuga wallet and Zugavalise has been revamped and people removed all the Zugacoin ( SZC) that were trapped therein. Except for those who are not ready to read updates. The accusations and allegations that I have stolen people's money have reduced as they discovered that, it is only their email and password that can give them access to where their money is. Their money has been in the system and not with me.

This is how other platforms in the Samzuga ecosystem would be perfected and everyone will access what they kept there. We are not rushing at all.

I sincerely appreciate everyone who is responsible for the joy I am having this morning. May God bless all of you. I pray that God should forgive all who have been accusing me wrongly.

If you know that you follow instructions strictly to put money in the Samzuga ecosystem through any avenue, the money is intact where you kept it. At the appropriate time, a tutorial video on how you can access it would be released for you to follow and get it back. But if you gave someone outside the written instructions, that person should show you where your money is.

*Artificial Intelligence in Medical Coding and Billing*

AI is the ability of a digital computer or computer-controlled robotic system to perform tasks commonly associated with intelligent beings. The term often describes systems development with intellectual processes similar to humans, such as reasoning, discovering meaning, generalizing, or learning from past experiences.

Since the 1940s, when the digital computer was developed, it has been demonstrated that computers can be programmed to carry out complex tasks, such as discovering proofs for mathematical theorems or playing chess, with excellent proficiency.

However, despite advancements in computer processing speed and memory capacity, no programs can match human flexibility in broader domains or tasks requiring extensive everyday knowledge. Nevertheless, some programs have achieved performance levels comparable to human experts and professionals in specific tasks, making artificial intelligence applicable in various fields, including medical diagnosis, computer search engines, and voice or handwriting recognition.

AI is an electronic device that can take in data and process it to make a logical decision. AI technology is developed to create computer systems that can perform tasks that require human intelligence. There are two types of artificial intelligence: strong and weak. Strong AI refers to a system that can carry out tasks that a human can do. Most AI examples fall under weak or narrow AI (or ANI), as they are designed to perform specific tasks or sets of functions.

*Telehealth and Virtual Visits*

The coding aspect of telehealth and virtual visits is complicated because several services are included in the visit. The two most common codes used for telehealth and virtual visits are the E/M codes used for regular office or outpatient visits.

A 99213 code defines an intermediate-level E/M visit and is one of the most common services provided in a virtual visit. This code alone does not determine the entire visit. This service also requires a patient-specific consent form and an up-to-date billed rate using the place of service code POS-02: E-visit and a relevant diagnosis code. The second code is a 99214, an extensive E/M visit that more often requires further services such as diagnostics or patient follow-up. This code requires the same service and an additional up-to-date diagnosis code. These diagnosis codes will further define the necessary care provided during the virtual visit and can potentially lead to further billing services in the future.

Over the past decade, virtual visits have become increasingly common in healthcare. At one time, a patient had to travel to a hospital or outpatient facility to see a physician. Now, a patient can connect with a provider for a quick check-up over the internet. Utilization of virtual visits has increased, especially over the past year with the COVID-19 pandemic. Although not all diagnoses can be made using virtual visits, they are more cost-effective for the physician and insurance company.

In most cases, the patient will receive the same care as in an office visit, and the patient's average insurance co-pay and deductible will apply. Suppose the diagnosis cannot be sufficiently made over a virtual visit. In that case, the physician can refer the patient to an office or outpatient visit for further diagnosis, and the physician can bill for both the virtual and office visits. This referral process does require a new patient-specific consent form in cases where the service is Medicare-reimbursable, stating that the patient understands the necessity and purpose of the office visit.
