The only way to lose fat is through a caloric deficit
(i.e. burning more calories than you consume).

NEAT is a part of the calories burned. You can't lose
body fat with NEAT alone. But neat is a contributing
factor to calorie deficit and increasing NEAT (by saying walking instead of taking a car, climbing the stairs instead of taking the lift) can slightly increase the calories burned and thereby increase the caloric deficit.
