Yesterday morning one of my clients came to pick up her antic💀ncer products. She's being going through therapy for one month. We have talking therapy sessions from time to time and often pray together. Yesterday was one of such days.

As I was walking her back to her car, I saw our neighbors' grand child hopping towards their house. So I asked her why she wasn't in school and both my client and the girl answered "It's Children's Day"🤣😆😄

It sounded so strange...did I lose track of time OR is it aging? Anyways, certain thoughts started playing in my Holistic Wellness mind and I immediately recorded a video which I guess is too late to post now.

So I'll simply share the message here.
🖐️ Parent, Stop Killing Your Child!
Mum, Stop Feeding Your Child With JUNK FOOD! Dad, I know you don't want them to lack the 'good' things of life that you didn't have, You may be Slowly Poisoning that child.

You see, as parents we have the responsibility to start teaching the next generation about self-care, eating right, making good choices, and imbibing lifestyle habits that would help them to leave more meaningfully. Remember industrial pollution, junk food, b🤬llying, and all forms of societal ills are on the increase. And if you do not prepare your child in advance at homefront, you would cry in your old age.

PS: some of the ailments you are battling with right now may be connected to your parents' diet and lifestyle habits or what they ignorantly fed you with. And this is not to shame anyone but to wake you up to the responsibility of adopting, embracing healthy diet and lifestyle, and teaching your children and grandchildren the same.
