Spicy Kulikuli Recipe

4 cup of groundnut
4 teaspoon grounded pepper
4teaspoon grated ginger
Salt to taste
Vegetables for frying,preferably Kulikuli oil
That's the oil extracted from it

Procedure

Soak the groundnut in warm water with salt for 20mins and sun dry

Roast the groundnut once it is dry and peel the skin

Blend the groundnut with the pepper and ginger

sprinkle water on the grounded groundnut to remove excess oil
The more oil extracted the crunchier your Kulikuli

Roll into your desire shape and fry inside the oil

Note:Use dried ginger instead of fresh ginger
You can add sugar too to add more taste
