Are you a certified Auxiliary Nurse with strong communication skills and a passion for people-focused care?
Regenix HMO is hiring a dedicated Auxiliary Nurse (Customer Care Services) to join our team in Yenagoa.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
1. Attend to client and enrollee enquiries with empathy and professionalism
2. Provide basic health guidance and accurate medical information
3. Handle complaints, pre-authorizations, and referrals
4. Document all interactions properly and follow up where necessary
5. Serve as a link between clients and clinical teams
6. Support health promotion and wellness outreach activities

🔹Requirements:
1. Certificate in Auxiliary Nursing from a recognized institution
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office & CRM tools)
4. Previous HMO or healthcare experience is an added advantage
5. Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
6. Patient, emotionally intelligent, and able to manage challenging situations calmly
7. A good listener with a courteous and helpful disposition
8. Must reside in Yenagoa or be willing to relocate
