PRAYER AND GOOD EXAMINATION WISHES AS FEDERAL UNIVERSITY WUKARI TARABA STATE, STARTS EXAMINATIONS TODAY.

Heavenly Father,

We lift up every student of Federal University Wukari as we begin our second semester examinations today. Lord, You are the giver of wisdom and understanding. We ask for Your divine help, guidance, and grace upon us all.
Father, calm every anxious heart. Replace fear with confidence, confusion with clarity, and stress with peace. Let everything we have read and studied come back to our remembrance at the right time. Grant us retentive memories, sound health, and sharp understanding throughout this examination period.

As for me, Pinega Andrew Terkuma, I commit myself into Your hands. Despite my weaknesses and limitations, I trust in Your strength. Go before me into every examination hall. Let Your favor speak for me. Crown my efforts with success and let my results bring glory to Your name.

Lord, we also pray for our lecturers and examiners. Grant them wisdom, fairness, patience, and understanding as they assess our scripts. May they mark with integrity and compassion. Guide their decisions and reward their labour.

Father, help us to maintain good examination conduct. Let honesty, discipline, and integrity guide us. Keep us away from malpractice and anything that will bring shame to our families or our institution. Help us to depend on hard work and on You alone.

We pray for success that will open doors, testimonies that will strengthen our faith, and results that will bring joy to our hearts. May this semester end in praise for every student of Federal University Wukari.
Thank You, Lord, because we believe You have heard us.
Amen.

I wish every student success, excellence, and outstanding performance. Go into the exam hall with confidence, pray before you start, write with boldness, and trust God for the best. This shall end in celebration for us all.

GO AND GET THAT JAMB FORM. GO FOR THE COURSE.

My dear brothers and sisters,

This is Pinega Terkuma Andrew, and I am speaking to every young person out there who has a big educational dream but a small pocket… to everyone who lies awake at night wondering, “How will I sponsor this course? What if I can’t cope? What if I fail?”

I understand you.

There was a time I wasn’t even sure how my fees would be paid. I didn’t have a guaranteed sponsor. I had fears about the difficulty of my course. I questioned myself. But I made one decision — to start. And since then, God has been sustaining me in ways I cannot even begin to mention. Help has been coming from unexpected places. Strength always come at the right time. Doors open when I least expected them to.

So I am telling you today:

Do not let your background bury your dream.

If you truly desire that competitive or “difficult” course ,whether it is Medicine, Law, Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, or any other — go ahead and register it in this ongoing JAMB registration. Don’t downgrade your destiny because of fear.

Yes, university life has challenges.
Yes, finances can be tight.
Yes, the courses can be demanding.
But listen carefully:
Determination plus God by the side of a dreamer is stronger than any obstacle.
Start with what you have.
Save the little money you can.
Buy your form.

Study seriously for the examination.
Don’t just hope — prepare. Burn the midnight oil. Read past questions. Stay disciplined. Pray. Combine faith with hard work.
When you take that bold step, heaven sees it. And when God sees a determined heart, He makes a way where there seems to be none.
Remember:
Your background is not your final destination.
Lack of sponsorship today does not mean lack of support tomorrow.
Fear of difficulty does not mean inability.
Many people never fail — not because they succeeded , but because they never tried.
Don’t be that person.
Take the risk. Trust God. Work hard.
Let God worry about the “how” while you focus on the “what.”

I am living proof that when you move with determination and faith, God sustains you beyond your imagination.

Go and register.
Go and study.
Go and become everything God has placed inside you.
Your dream is valid. Your future is bright. And with God, you will overcome.

Dear Esteemed Colleagues,

I write with a heart full of gratitude to sincerely appreciate every one of you who campaigned, supported, and voted for me in the recently concluded election for the office of Vice President of the Nigeria Medical Laboratory Science Students’ Association (NIMELSSA), FUW Chapter. Your love, support, and belief in my abilities mean more to me than words can fully express. This victory is a testament to your trust, encouragement, and shared hope for a better, more united association.

To those who may have doubted me or did not support my candidacy, I equally say thank you. Your doubts challenge me to grow, to do better, and to prove through service, humility, and commitment that I am worthy of your confidence. I promise to work diligently to earn your love and support through my actions and dedication to the collective good of our great association.

I also wish to specially appreciate my worthy rival, Comrade Thomas Miracle, for a fair, peaceful, and issue-based campaign. The mutual respect and good relationship we maintained throughout the process reflect the maturity and unity we desire for NIMELSSA. I look forward to working together in the spirit of brotherhood for the progress of our chapter.

The department of Medical Laboratory Science Federal University Wukari Taraba State has once again honoured me with an AWARD OF ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE.

I am honoured to be recognized and I return all the glory to God Almighty who is the source of all knowledge and who is my sustainer.

I want to in a special give thanks to the department for this huge recognition and encouragement. With this, it shows once again that efforts are recognized and encouraged.

EFFORTS RECOGNIZED AND COMMITMENT ACKNOWLEDGED.

Over the night, the Nigerian Medical Laboratory Science Students Association (NIMELSSA), Federal University, Wukari, Taraba State, held DINNER NIGHT AND CULTURAL DISPLAY/AWARDS OF RECOGNITION CEREMONY on her last day of the 2026 Health Week.

I am honoured to share that I was one of the selected individuals who were honoured with awards of recognition by the department from different works of life.
I was nominated and endorsed for several awards and was recognized and awarded as;
1. THE BEST DRESSED MALE STUDENT
2. SECOND BEST PUBLIC SPEAKER
3. OUTSTANDING LEADERSHIP AS PRO 2, department of Medical Laboratory Science, Federal University, Wukari, Taraba State.

This recognition given to me has reinforced the desire to continue to do better in areas I have been appreciated and where I am lacking behind, I will work towards being a better version of myself.

Leadership comes with a lot of sacrifices and when appreciated, it's an application for more of such leadership. With this, I remain resolute to continue contributing to the growth of the department at the student level and to continue to nurture myself as a person.

Special thanks to the leadership of the association (which I am part of) under the tutelage of the President, Comr. Ajagu Monica Msaave for the awards and for the wonderful health week we have had.

Special thanks to my mother who continues to sponsor me here in school. Thanks also to those who believe in me for their good wishes and prayers. This is not the end but the beginning of a beautiful journey.
