Since opening in October 2014, The Local Pharmacy has gained widespread positive feedback from our core customer base of our local community, ex-pats and tourists. We continue to meet with local & international doctors, pharmacists & medical professionals for further improvements. We continue to be duly registered and licensed by MINSA (Nicaraguan Government Ministry of Health)

Nicaragua is clearly recognized as a source of inexpensive & affordable medications and through our direct partnerships and relationships with distributes and pharmaceutical companies, we are able pass on our low costs savings to our loyal customers. We continue to be actively engaged in dialogue with national and international companies with a view to improve the supply chain of new & existing, affordable medications with consistent medications & products for Nicaragua.
