🌊Home of the famous Popoyo surf break🏄‍♂️ We offer weekly yoga classes at Surf Popoyo Lessons with a wide array of teachers and different styles of yoga. Weekly Classes
Our weekly classes offer a selection of Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Dry Static Apnea and a Women's Circle. Classes are Monday through Friday. Workshops
The workshops hosted at Equilibrio are an adventure into the jungle by kayaks and paddle boards through the mangroves. The retreat center features a yoga platform, zipline, temazcal, and a well dunk tank. Each workshop teaches philosophy and yoga while we connect with nature.
