Jair (17), one of our SPTLN kids, was a vibrant young man who was born with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Unfortunately, Jair passed away on March 13, 2023. Despite the overwhelming grief, his mother has decided to support other children in honor of her child. She doesn't have much financial resources, but as a recipient of medical devices Jair used during his life, she has decided to share them and her experience with others.
Her inspiring act of kindness and compassion is a true testament to the resilience of the human spirit. She has turned her grief into a positive force for change by providing a lifeline to other families who are also struggling with the same challenges. SPTLN cannot operate without the support of generous donors. Let us honor Jair's memory. Every little bit counts, and together, we can make a significant impact on these childrens' lives and their families.
