Just finished maintenance. Rebuilt the wood burning stove for the sauna. Rebuilt the ice bath. Things are running smooth. Come on out. We will be announcing a new membership format soon. Minimum members minimum crowd. Come join a private experience. Good things coming

Come out and exercise and do the ice bath and sauna 3 days a week and you'll feel a lot better. I started 2023 with this regimen along with cutting back carbs and sugar I can feel the difference.
