Over the course of her fifteen years of practice, Terra has refined her physical therapy treatments to include multiple modalities such as Zen Shiatsu, Namikoshi Shiatsu, Acupressure, Swedish Massage and Pre-natal & Senior’s Massage. She holds a Diploma of Acupressure, specializing in Shiatsu Therapy and is a Registered Nutritional Consultant Practitioner RNCP.
Terra has trained with beautiful skin care lines and resort spa’s globally and offers expert Facial Treatments to lift, firm and tone the skin.
Terra’s passion for holistic therapies drives her to empower, inspire and motivate people to make self-care a priority in creating a balanced life. Her deep love of the ocean and desire to live in a sunny, tropical setting led her the Tola beaches of Nicaragua, Paros Island in the Greek islands and Salt Spring Island in the southern gulf islands in British Columbia, Canada. Terra’s approach to healing is deeply rooted in compassion and mindful living.
She has a private practice with a concentration of local surfers assisting in improving performance in the water as well as keeping the community healthy with offering consultations in diet planning, herbal medicine and vitamin and mineral supplementation and skin care therapy.
