Gentle, supportive, and empowering, this class is designed especially for expectant mothers. Prenatal yoga helps you stay strong, relaxed, and connected throughout your pregnancy. With mindful movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation, you’ll ease common discomforts, support your changing body, and prepare physically and emotionally for birth.
No need to wait until later in your pregnancy; we recommend starting from 13+ weeks.
