Educating, empowering and supporting pregnant women and their families, physically and emotionally, throughout their pregnancy and birth. As a doula, I am a trained birth professional who provides physical, emotional and informational support to a mother and her family before, during and after childbirth. A doula understands the physiology of labor and the medical vocabulary, is gaps in the medical system. TenFingersTenToes aslo provides birth plan classes, dates announced upon availability. As well we provide consultations (internationally via skype) for birth, or breastfeeding, or any needs in between.
