In this prenatal workshop, Muriel Azzalini, Pilates, Hatha and Prenatal yoga teacher, offers practices that will help you find calm and ease during this life-changing time. She will help you:
- make your yoga practise safe, by going through the Do’s and Don’ts with a sequence of poses often found in a flow class
- embrace your changing body and support this process by practising meditation, breath work and relaxation exercises, as well as specific poses that can be used during birth
- increase confidence prior labor by tapping into deep inner resources for working with pain through mindful birth
- provide stress-reducing skills for greater joy and wellbeing.
You will leave with a greater understanding of how to make your yoga practice work for you and your baby throughout your pregnancy.
