 Aesthetic treatments are a little like skincare: they need time to settle. Even with the most precise technique, some swelling or a tiny bruise can still pop up, especially if you book right before an event.

Here’s your glow-planning guide:
✨ Botox Give it about 2 weeks for the full effect.

💉 Fillers Swelling or bruising is completely normal. Everything settles beautifully around the 2-week mark.

 During my talk I dove into the mindset of Gen Z, a generation that values prevention, skin health and subtle refinement over anything dramatic. A shift I absolutely love to see.

Who is Daria Voropai?

People often ask how I found my way into cosmetic medicine.
It wasn’t my first plan. I started in reconstructive and maxillofacial surgery and dreamed of a future in oncology. After finishing my medical degree in New York, I moved to London for Dentistry. Before starting, my mother gifted me a three-day injectables course with the words: “This is the future.”

She was right. Injectables became my passion, and with the guidance of I began treating patients on Harley Street. After graduating, I chose to follow this new path and dedicate myself fully to cosmetic medicine.

Why? Because beauty truly gives confidence. The small, natural tweaks that bring people back to themselves, that moment when they smile at their reflection again, that is why I love my profession.

Cosmetic medicine is more than aesthetics. It is empowerment, self-care and rediscovering self-love.
