When dreams become reality!
COUNTDOWN …Just 5 more days and i will be hosting my first group of retreaters to the High Atlas Mountains.

This is so exciting, as we are all in need of this magical 9 day special trip especially after the headache of the past two years.

Sound journeys, and 1001 magical adventures.
We will be grounded in peace and harmony under the stars on ancient ground.

We will be flowing, with my fusion style classes, Yoga Nidra, mantras and dance.💫

Just spent a fabulous five weeks teaching, massaging and contemplating in Morocco.

Back in Amsterdam again now where my online classes will continue for those who love the convenience of group classes and 1-on-1 sessions at the click of a finger from any location.

Fabulous how those who have trained on a regular basis have managed to keep the community spirit alive through the screen!!!

We are off to the park on Sunday for a celebratory glass of bubbles, a picnic and some easy flow 🥂

Time: 1pm at Vondelpark.

Update:
Many things have changed within my business this past year due to C-19 and..unfortunately unfair treatment from external sources..
BUT life goes on and i now find myself back in Morocco teaching my online community classes from this magical place!

I am incredibly grateful that my online teachings have been so successful with up to 16 X classes per week, groups and private sessions.

I will be working from the Atlas mountains for the next month if anyone would like to join us out here you are more than welcome, just give me a shout.

Retreat 🧡
As Morocco is an easy destination to travel to (with 2 X vaccine ) my retreat to the Atlas and Sahara in May 2022 will go ahead as planned.
More info to follow shortly.

Hoping you are all healthy and well?
A quick update, to let you know that my online classes are available for everyone.

If you would like to participate in one of my fusion style flow classes or, an online
‘barre training’ you are very welcome, just send a message.

At the moment i am offering 12 x group classes per week.

My Zoom community is growing the past month with around 70 clients or more, but still offering a cozy friendly atmosphere.
Most people are traing up to three times a week with an *unlimited training card.
*Single lessons are also available.

Classpass members are welcome, please check the dashboard for more info.

Please sign up for class directly with me as i can only accommodate 12 students max due to social distancing rules.
Onefit and Classpass attendees are welcome but i will only be opening 2 slots per class so be quick to sign up! 🌻♥️

I’m back from my lockdown movie 🎥 of sorts!
Trying to readjust and climatize back in the city after almost six months of seclusion in the Atlas Mountains.

Private trainings resume as from tomorrow 17-08- and group classes at the studio as from 05-09 at 10am ( fusion barre and flow)

I noticed today that many people have been viewing my page. I am so sorry for this late notification.
Some of you may be unaware, due to Covid-19 that i am currently on lockdown in Morocco.
What should have been a six day trip to check out a retreat location at the beginning of March has been extended to five months of living with a Berber community in the High Atlas Mountains.

I hope to teach some online classes as from next week for my community students as i now have access AT LAST to a computer 😃
Stay safe everyone i will be back as soon as flights resume again.
