This 11-day Sadhana is an invitation to show up as you are, where you are, with whatever is present in your life right now.

💎Each day we gather to practice the meditation Inner Assessment. A simple, steady practice that supports meeting yourself with awareness and honesty.

💎By showing up together over eleven days, continuity is created that supports presence, connection, and recognition.

💎We practice as a community, holding space for ourselves and one another. There is room to be seen, to witness, and to meet yourself without masks or performance.

You are welcome to come as you are.

Today it is the first Full Moon of 2026. January’s Full Moon is traditionally called the Wolf Moon, named after the wolves that were heard howling through the winter nights, responding to hunger, cold, and the instinct to call out to the pack.

🌕 This Moon can bring emotions closer to the surface, especially feelings that have been held for a while and now want attention, movement, or release, even if it’s not immediately clear what to do with them.

🌕 You might notice pressure in the body, stronger emotions than usual, or a need to cry or let something out, simply because holding it in no longer works.

🌕 When that happens, it helps to have a place to turn to and a practice that works through the body, giving emotions space to move without needing to analyse or push them away.

🌕 If you feel the need to cry, to release, or to howl like a wolf to get the pressure off, know that you don’t have to do that alone.

Five years ago we embarked on a new direction, stepping out of the paradigm that we could only share this powerful practice in one specific way.

To be honest with you, it was really challenging at times and also lonely, as if floating adrift on a big wide ocean.

But we kept going, steadfast with our hearts as our compass, trusting that letting go of the structures that held us for many years would allow us to find a new way, our way.

And we did. A big part of this process was the creation of our Teacher Training, building a foundation that we embodied and able to pass on to others, allowing them to share Kundalini Yoga in their way.

And here we are, five years down the line, with already three years of Teacher Training that have been rooting us deeper and deeper into an universal field of yogic teachings in which Kundalini Yoga has its place, its power and medicine.

This training is created to allow our creativity to blossom, rooted in understanding, backed up by solid theory and embodied through devoted practice.

In February 2026 we start with a new group and if you feel called to discover your authentic way of sharing this powerful practice you are welcome to join us.

Your online guide to a daily practice

The online Kundalini Yoga School was founded in 2016 by Marieke & Tim. Up till now we have been sharing Kriyas and meditations as taught by Yogi Bhajan. However due to current developments we have chosen to explore a new approach to share this yoga practice.

We leave behind the old paradigm that only allows us to teach the Kriyas exactly the way Yogi Bhajan did. Not by changing the Kriyas, but through creating our own sequences of asana, mudra and mantra, based on our own experience, understanding, insight, intuition and further study.

We are opening up to a broad spectrum of resources, not to invent something new, but to become much more clear about why Kundalini Yoga works the way it does, and how we can develop our knowledge and skills as yoga practitioners and teachers to work with the exercises in an intuitive yet knowledge based way. We are very aware that this seems to go against the paradigm that only the Master Yogi Bhajan was allowed to design Kriyas (or channel, download them, however one may want to call it) but we want to dedicate our time and energy to the evolution of the practice, leaving behind this paradigm that no longer feels right for us. We feel that the way forward is about tapping into the intuitive wisdom that guides us into how to move the body, whilst deepening our understanding about how our bodies work, how the subtle energies flow through the nadis, how we can benefit our health through the individual asanas and asanas in sequence, how we can have a positive impact on the mind through the breath, etc. It’s not magic, it’s ancient knowledge that is getting backed up by science more and more. How beautiful would it be if we can learn to work with this knowledge from that deeper understanding and start to share and create from there?
