For my apple pie lovers on a caloric deficit budget 🥧
Seriously the easiest way to turn an ordinary apple into a treat:
🍎slice the apple
🍎sprinkle with cinnamon
🍎air fry on 175C/350F for 10 min
🍎eat immediately while it’s warm!
The cinnamon helps with blood sugar control, the heat brings out the natural sweetness of the apple, and the two together taste soooo good.
Of course you COULD add some vanilla ice cream too! 😇
