Being a yoga teacher, coach, or facilitator is a gift, but it often comes with a hidden cost: performance pressure, the “inner critic,” and the struggle to stay authentic while managing the energy of a room.

In Module 2: The Self-Led Teacher, facilitator Kasia invites you into a professional laboratory to explore the internal landscapes of teaching.

Using principles of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, we’ll meet the parts of us that show up when we guide others—the perfectionist, the people-pleaser, the doubter—and learn to lead from a place of true clarity and compassion.

When you’ve been teaching for a while, new questions arise in real time. You realize that knowing the basic alignment of a pose is very different from working with unique bodies or knowing how to support a student navigating an injury or pregnancy. Teaching yoga isn’t something you learn once, it’s a craft that deepens every time you step into the room.

If you are navigating this phase of “lonely refinement” and craving real, meaningful feedback, Teachers Lab 108 was created exactly for this stage of your journey. It is a professional laboratory for yoga teachers, a place to explore, practice, reflect, and grow together.

In our first module, The Art of Asana, we are moving beyond information overload. Instead, we focus on hands-on, experience-based learning. You will develop sharper observation skills, safe hands-on assists, and the purposeful use of props.

OPEN YOUR HEART WITH ME!
XXL Experienced Class with Karo ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Open your heart and widen your own compassion, seeing that your individual self exists in a collective, understanding how we as our individual self should and can be off service to our direct community, our collective, this is our set intention, shining a light inside of our heart in order to bring that light to others.

This session focuses on back bending and the asana we focus on and work towards is Urdhva Dhanurasana plus variations (upward bow) and drop backs when possible. With readings from Tibetan monk Thich Nath Hahn and a beautiful heart opening playlist, to bring that love we have inside of us to all beings.

You will have the opportunity to explore:
❤️ How to get rid of old habits and create new, fresh ones, on and off the mat
❤️the relationship between the physical practice and the spiritual essence of the practice, learning also about the karmic correlations of the different asanas and the chakras, focused on Amhara.
❤️How to incorporate physical, mental and emotional techniques and tips for a daily hone practice.

This XXL-Class is part of our dedicated Experienced XXL-Series focusing on: Mastery, Subtlety and Self-Realization.
