A class designed to work on everything that running demands of your body. releasing tight hips, calves, and hamstrings, waking up your glutes and core, and improving ankle mobility. So you can run with more ease and less tension.
Using a mix of active, passive, ballistic, and PNF stretching alongside strength and stability drills, this session supports injury prevention and helps address those ongoing niggles: knee pain, plantar fasciitis, Achilles irritation and more.
