Το δεύτερο ενεργειακό μας κέντρο, γνωστό και ως το ιερό τσάκρα ή sacral chakra, βρίσκεται λίγα δάχτυλα κάτω από τον αφαλό και συνδέεται με την περιοχή του ιερού οστού.

🧘‍♂️ Λειτουργίες: Εκφράζει τη δημιουργικότητα, τη φαντασία, τη σεξουαλικότητα και τη σχέση μας με τα συναισθήματα και την απόλαυση της ζωής.

Όταν το ιερό τσάκρα είναι ισορροπημένο, αισθανόμαστε άνεση με τα συναισθήματά μας, βιώνουμε υγιείς σχέσεις και μπορούμε να απολαύσουμε τη ζωή με πάθος και αρμονία. Αντιθέτως, αν είναι μπλοκαρισμένο, μπορεί να δημιουργήσει αρνητικά συναισθήματα όπως φόβο, θυμό και ένταση.

🌍 Το Πρώτο Τσάκρα: Το Τσάκρα της Ρίζας 🌍

Το πρώτο τσάκρα, ή τσάκρα της ρίζας, βρίσκεται στη βάση της σπονδυλικής μας στήλης και συνδέεται με την αίσθηση της σταθερότητας, της γείωσης και της ασφάλειας.

🔴 Χρώμα: Κόκκινο
🌱 Στοιχείο: Γη
🧘‍♀️ Λειτουργία: Φροντίζει τη φυσική μας σταθερότητα, την επιβίωση, και την προστασία, προσφέροντας σύνδεση με την ενέργεια της Μητέρας Γης.
