Dear all,

we’re very happy to give you an update on the Shambala Youth Nights. As you may have heard Bea and Corine are moving away from Amsterdam. We, Heleen, Niels and Leonie, would like to continue hosting and organizing the Youth Nights and Amy offered to help us get started:)

We will organize Youth Nights every other week on wednesday, starting September 9th. For the first evenings we plan to do a regular meditation evening with coffee and tea before and afterwards. The doors open at 19:15 and meditation starts at 19:45.

Due to Covid restrictions we won't be cooking and having dinner at the Shambala Center. Also, the amount of people allowed into the Shambala Center is limited. If you would like to join, it is necessary to sign up beforehand. We will soon post the link to sign up.

We hope to see you soon and look forward to meditating together.
