We are excited to announce that Found Frequencies will once again be hosting a 🫁 Breathing Workshop 🫁 at Wijs! The workshop is scheduled on Saturday 27 September (10:30 - 12:00) and the cost is €20.

Your breath is one of the most underrated tools for recovery, relaxation, and peak performance. Whether you are exercising, rehabilitating, or simply seeking greater awareness of your body, how you breathe has a direct impact on your stress levels, energy, and overall vitality.

In this workshop, you will discover how your breath can support you in sports, recovery, and everyday well-being. Dry needling is a highly effective technique for relieving tense, overloaded muscles that have become tight or knotted. It is particularly useful when regular/manual massage no longer provides relief.

Overloaded muscles can develop small, hardened knots known as trigger points. Sometimes, these trigger points are so deep or stubborn that they cannot be released with a normal massage. In such cases, dry needling is an excellent option. A fine, sterile needle is inserted directly into the trigger point, causing a brief, involuntary muscle contraction. This may feel like small jolts, but the benefit is that the muscle then fully relaxes.
