The last 9 months have been such a beautiful adventure ✨ as I’m almost reaching my due date, I reflect on the journey with a lot of gratitude, love and appreciation. I am pausing my activities for a bit, but will be back with you in the Spring 2025. Take good care everyone, and see you soon 💕

so we need to care for it and be extra careful about what we put on it 🧴

Unfortunately, a lot of skin care products have toxic chemicals and endocrine disruptors in them.

I love all the shower gels from the brands Caudalie and Weleda because we them you can’t go wrong. They are all super clean !

Loved ones and people around us have a lot of opinions, but only we can know what is right for us.
By stopping to seek constant validation and owning our life, we can start feeling so much lighter and powerful.
