Meet The facilitators ~ The Yin and Yang ~
Eliska and Djaja are both facilitating Kundalini Life Energy during the sessions. Each of them has a very different background, as well as the view on the Kundalini practice. Since both ladies come from different schools of thought, they are like two opposing sides of the Yin and Yang.
Eliska is a neuroscientist and psychologist. As a scientist, she brings a rational approach to the kundalini practice, whereas she is fascinated by the process itself, she also seeks scientific explanation for it. Djaja, on the other hand, believes that “some things cannot be explained, they just exist”. As a holistic therapist, she assists individuals in making a positive impact for themselves. During the sessions, she brings an emotional-spiritual approach to this work.
According to Kundalini tradition, these two opposing views are beneficial for the practice. Whereas Eliska’s scientific curiosity represents the masculine side, Djaja’s emotional-spiritual approach brings the feminine side to the sessions. Through these opposing poles, the Kundalini energy can flow in harmony.
Importantly, what both facilitators share is their desire to help others. “The aim of this practice is to help people to activate their own life energy, and by doing so, overcome barriers preventing them from achieving their ultimate potential.”
So, whether you are believer or skeptic – lean more towards the rational (scientific) way of thinking, or fully embrace the spiritual take on life. We would love to welcome you to of Kundalini Life Energy Workshops, and try it for yourself!
