Cold dipping in 7 degrees water can teach you a lot about yourself.

For some it can be life-changing, for some it just add more stress.

Cold dipping is a tool just like any other tool, it is meant to be use properly for the right person at the right time.

When I say I'm going to empower you.

This is what I mean!

Empowerment comes with acknowledging your own inherent GENIUS AND INTELLIGENCE.

You can't do that if you're constantly thinking you NEED to be fixed or that there is something wrong with you.

If hating yourself to change didn't work, at least not in the long-term, then why keep judging and shaming yourself?

Learn to love yourself more in the pursuit of health, not less.

This is empowerment of oneself.

Does that mean that change is going to be easy? F**k no. And it will never be.

But if you start to see your journey more as process where each event or moment arises as an opportunity to love yourself more and not less.

This will and can be more easeful for you.

You deserve more love, not less.

But no everyone will enjoy going to the gym.Due to their past experience, their worldview, their beliefs, etc...But anyo...

5 lessons for sleeping.

I think lesson #5 hits home for me.

Last night I slept 6-7 hours, and I felt great.

So I'm going to reflect what are some of the things I did before bedtime, or throughout the day that helped me produce that result.

Eating slowly is and will always be a game changer.

The simple act of eating slowly or mindfully can give you results in return that will last for a lifetime.

We all make mistakes. Like a lot of them.

I probably made more mistakes in the gym than probably most of my clients will ever have.

Why? Because i've been doing this s**t since 2016, and I came a looooong way let me tell you that.

But with each mistakes or steps, I grew a little bit more out of my comfort zone, and with that came the confidence behind my actions.

The thing I learned throughout the past 6+ years is to be more kind to myself when navigating anything from training, nutrition, life, sports, etc..

So lead with love as much as you can.
