Heart Chakra active meditation.
My invitation is to follow the steps and find softness in the movement.
The idea is to focus on your heart and your energy expanding through your arms. Through the breath you cleanse, release and renew. I invite you to try this dance for 3 minutes few times a week with any song you like. Enjoy!
