Our 5-day Core retreat takes place in our new Spanish venue this year, giving participants the opportunity to make the most out of this unique setting. We dedicate two and a half days to integration, one of the most important aspects of the experience, so you can bask in the ‘afterglow’ for as long as possible. This facilitates more space for the stillness and quiet that is so necessary for integration but that is often lacking in the hectic pace of modern life. 🐢🌞
